Synoia Technologies Ltd. is responsible for this site. We want it to be usable by everyone, and we would rather tell you plainly where it falls short than claim it is finished.
This statement applies to https://www.wishpro-global.com.
We build with the full range of visitors in mind: motor and dexterity limitations, cognitive and learning differences, low vision, blindness and colour blindness, deafness and hearing loss, and older visitors.
The standard we build to
This site is built to conform to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, the standard behind Israeli Standard 5568 and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility of Service) Regulations, 2013.
What is in place
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, and the focused element is always visible.
- Headings, landmarks and lists are real HTML structure, so a screen reader can navigate by them rather than reading the page top to bottom.
- Every image carries a text alternative, and decorative images are marked so they are skipped.
- Text contrast meets AA or better throughout.
- Animation and motion respect the operating system setting for reduced motion.
- Form fields have visible, associated labels and errors are announced in text.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktops, and text can be enlarged without losing content or function.
What is not accessible yet
Three films on this site carry spoken narration and do not yet have captions: the WISHpro film, the how-to film and the at-home care film. Anyone who is deaf or hard of hearing cannot access their spoken content today. Captions are planned. Everything those films say is also written in the page text around them, so no information is available only in the audio.
Beyond the gap named above, parts of this site may still fall short in ways we have not found. Accessibility is not a state a site reaches once and keeps, and we would rather hear about a problem than assume there is none.

Please include as much as you can: the page address, what you were trying to do, what happened, your browser and version, your operating system, and any assistive technology you were using. It helps us reproduce the problem instead of guessing at it.
